MEMBER ACCOUNT GUIDE
Accessing Your Account
To log into your member account, click HERE. Then click the dropdown menu, “Your Account” and then the “Login" button at the top of the page. Enter the email and password you set up when you purchased your membership.
Resetting Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password, enter your registered email address and select "Reset Password." A link to reset your password will be sent to your email.
Finding Your PIN/Entrance Code
To locate your entrance code:
1. Log in to the Member account using your email and password.
2. Navigate to "Active/Pending Credentials."
3. Find the Credential field for your current membership.
- A green circle indicates an active entrance code.
- A yellow or red circle may mean your membership has expired or payment is overdue.
Canceling Your Membership
Monthly memberships renew automatically with a charge to the card on file unless canceled before the next billing date. To cancel:
1. Log in to the Member Portal.
2. Locate your active membership under the "Memberships" section on the right.
3. Click the red calendar icon and follow the instructions.
Does the Yearly Membership Auto-Renew?
No, yearly memberships expire one year from the purchase or conversion date and do not auto-renew.
Adding Purchases or Guest Passes
1. Log in to your account and click "Products" in the top right to browse and add items to your cart.
2. Complete the checkout process as you would for any online purchase.
3. For discounted Guest Passes, contact park staff in person or email support@goodtimespark.com with your account name, email, and number of guests.
Updating Payment Information
To update your billing details:
1. Log in to the Member Portal.
2. Go to the "Payment Method" section on the left.
3. Follow the prompts to update your information.
Modifying the Number of Children on Your Membership
