Laser Tag FAQs
Hours & sessions
When is laser tag open?
Friday 4:00pm–8:00pm and Saturday–Sunday 12:00pm–8:00pm. Wednesday and Thursday evenings (4:00pm–close) are coming soon.
What time is the last game?
7:40pm.
Are games public or private?
Laser tag is public. You will be grouped with other players. Your party room is private; the arena is shared during public hours.
Do I need a reservation for open play?
No. Laser tag is walk-in during posted hours. Buy your games at the Laser tag arena and we will put you in the next available game. Weekends get busy — arrive early if you want more than one game. We will be adding the ability to book online for a specific timeslot soon.
How long is a game?
Plan on about 20 minutes: briefing, putting on and taking off vests, and 10 minutes of play.
How many people can play at once?
20 vests. If more people want the same game, some players wait for the next heat.
Pricing
How much is laser tag?
$8.99 for 1 game, $15.99 for 2 games, and $19.99 for 3 games, per person, plus tax. Games are same-day only.
Is laser tag included with my membership?
No. Membership is for the playground. Member kids get $2 off laser tag when the membership is valid that day. Adults pay the regular price.
I already bought a day pass. Is laser tag included?
No. The day pass is playground access only. Kids with a day pass for that day get the same $2 off as members. Adults pay the regular price.
Does an $8.99 laser tag ticket include the playground?
No. During laser tag hours, playground guests are stamped at the café when they check in with a day pass or membership. No stamp means playground areas are not included.
Can we add laser tag to a regular playground birthday party?
Yes. Add one public game for $6.99 per player, plus tax. That is a public session, not a private arena.
Are prices plus tax?
Yes.
Can we use a gift card?
Yes. Gift cards can be used for Laser Tag games and Laser Tag Parties.
Check-in
How do we check in?
Come to the Laser tag entrance with your confirmation, membership, or day pass purchase
We only want laser tag. Can we still come in?
Yes. Buy laser tag at the arena entrance. If the kids also want the playground, add a day pass.
Who can play
What age can play?
Players should be 5 and older and able to wear a vest, hold the pack, follow staff directions, and play in a dim arena with music. There is no maximum age.
Can adults play?
Yes. In public play, adults pay $8.99 1 game / $15.99 2 games / $19.99 3 games. Membership and day-pass discounts are for qualifying kids only.
Do parents have to play?
No. Adults can watch the cameras and scoreboard from the outside of the arena at no charge. Children 17 and under still need a supervising adult (18+) in the building.
Can I drop my child off?
No. Children 17 and under must have a responsible adult in the facility the entire visit.
Is laser tag safe?
Packs use infrared light, not cutting lasers. The arena has black lights and music. We do not use fog or strobe lights. No running into other players, no climbing arena walls or props, and no physical contact, and no offensive language.
My child is nervous about the dark.
The arena is dim with black lights, not pitch black, and there is music. You can watch a game start before buying extra games. We cannot refund a game after a player has been vested.
What to wear
What should we wear?
Closed-toe shoes and clothes you can move in. Athletic shoes work best. No bare feet, sandals, or heels. If you stay for the playground after laser tag, socks are still required in the play areas.
Can we bring food or drinks into the arena?
No. Food and drinks stay in the café, tables throughout the facility and party rooms.
Do we need a waiver?
Yes. The Play Grounds liability waiver applies to every laser tag player and is completed at purchase or check-in.
When should we arrive?
Get to the arena entrance about 10 minutes before you want to play.
Laser Tag Parties
What’s included in the $299.99 Laser Tag Party?
A reserved party room for 2 hours total (including your setup and cleanup), 3 games of laser tag for up to 10 kids, playground access, 2 house-made 16" cheese pizzas, 10 bottles of water, and plates, napkins, and utensils. Playground access is not included. Price is plus tax.
Can we add extra kids?
Yes, if vests and the room allow. Extra kids are $19.99 each (plus tax) and include 3 games. Extra pizza and drinks can be purchased from the café.
Can parents play at a Laser Tag Party?
Yes. A parent or extra player can join for $6.99 per game, plus tax. If they want 2 or 3 games, purchase the regular public pack price.
Can we add playground time?
Playground access is included with all Laser Tag parties.
Is there a player limit?
Yes. We have 20 vests. Kids, extra kids, and playing adults all count toward the 20. Groups larger than 20 will be split into more than one session.
Is the arena private for our party?
Your party room is private. Laser tag games run during public hours. If your group does not fill all 20 vests, other public players may be in the same games.
Can we bring cake?
Yes — cake, cupcakes, or ice cream cake only. No other outside food or drinks. No balloons, piñatas, glitter or confetti. We provide tape for wall hanging or decorations.
How long should we plan to stay?
You have the room for 2 hours including setup and cleanup. Three games take a little over an hour of arena time, depending on how full public play is. A good flow is 1st game, eat pizza, 2nd game, eat cake, then the 3rd and final game.
How do I book?
Reserve online. Laser Tag Parties are not walk-in.
What’s the difference between this and a regular playground party?
A regular party includes playground access, your party room, 2 16” cheese pizzas, and 10 waters. A Laser Tag Party includes 3 games, playground access, your party room, 2 16” cheese pizzas, and 10 waters.
Policies
Can unused games be refunded or used another day?
Public games are same-day only and non-refundable after purchase, unless we cancel laser tag. If you miss a walk-in game, we will put you in the next heat with open vests when we can.
What if we are late for a party?
Call us as soon as you can to let us know. We will try our best to fit your group into later public games the same day. We cannot extend the party room.
Is laser tag open on holidays?
We follow Play Grounds closed days: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Easter. Check the website or our social pages before you come if hours may change.
